Remember Khloe? Well, get ready to meet Zhloe-your new best friend (if you want to get your hands on some juicy rewards). Players will receive rewards by increasing the satisfaction level, and will have the opportunity to learn more about their customers. When the gauge is filled to the maximum, the customer satisfaction level will increase. Satisfaction levels are displayed as a gauge at the top of the Custom Deliveries list. With each successful delivery, customers will trust you more, raising their satisfaction level. When delivering the requested items, the player will receive a reward according to the Collectability of the delivered item. For gathered items and fish the player will need to collect them. For crafted items, players can purchase the materials needed for the recipe from an NPC located near the client. Items fall into three categories: crafted items, gathered items, and fish.

The player can confirm which deliveries are required that week by talking to the client or through the Timers window in the Main Menu.
